Chronicle a Graffiti Canvas Start to finish part deux

June 11th, 2008

Well after being completely caught up with work commitments and other freelance work I was not able to get my head into this to finish but finally managed to free up some spare time over the past few days, so instead of adding it to my other post I thought it would be better to create a new post to chronicle the final steps to creation... read more »

Chronicle a graffiti canvas from start to finish

May 8th, 2008

So a friend has asked me to create a graffiti canvas for his house, and my thinking was I would chronicle my process from start to finish so you could see it all. I am still undecided whether it will be a scan into illustrator and traced then finished in photoshop or sprayed straight on, maybe I'll do both, we shall see! read more »

Banksy Cansfestival

May 6th, 2008

I headed down to this yesterday with my girlfriend, we had planned to do a joint stencil but I pulled out due to nerves, I am not great doing my art in front of people! (and very glad I did to now). Expecting the worst que'ing wise as my housemate had been down the night before and there were 2 hour que's to get in, luckily when we arrived it was only about an hour. read more »

And so another season ends…

No silverware to show, completely focused on the Champion's League again. I don't know about you but I have had enough of Benitez now. Liverpool wednesday…

April 28th, 2008

Our whole season resides on this game, I'm not sure I'll be able to sit through the match. Any football fan's out there, what's your thinking on the match. Chelsea have been so poor this season but really lucky. We need to come out all gun's blazing tomorrow! Torres and Gerrard I think could be the key. Man Utd vs. Barcelona should be a cracking game as well, especially after there recent results

CSS Frameworks/Reset

April 28th, 2008

I find this quite an interesting subject at the moment, there seems to be two contrasting views to what works well and it was brought up again at the Future of Web Design in both the conference talk by Jon Hicks and mentioned briefly by Jina Bolton and Andy Clarke in Jina's workshop on CSS.  I am someone that comes from the school of liking to reset all my styles. read more »

Liverpool last night

April 23rd, 2008

Horrendous, basically. We totally deserved the win! Agreed Chelsea outplayed us in the first 15min but we controlled the game after that. It's been the story of our season not finishing teams off and we should have scored 3 just to put a nail in the coffin last night. I suppose on thing to take out of this is we now have to get a result at Chelsea, going there 1-0 up we would have just sat back, absorbed the pressure and it would have been a dull game. Now our whole season resides on this match, bring it on I ...read more »
